Role overview
FinTop Consulting is supporting the hiring for a leading global fintech business that builds secure digital solutions for online investing, trading, and access to financial markets. As the company continues to expand internationally, it is looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale hiring across several country entities.
This position goes beyond filling Sales and Marketing roles. A major part of the assignment is the strategic side of talent acquisition, so candidates should be ready to demonstrate clear, structured examples of how they have added business value and influenced senior leaders.
Key focus areas
- Assessing why hiring in specific regions is commercially justified.
- Building and presenting workforce and growth plans for strategic roles.
- Managing expectations of stakeholders who are planning to launch products in new international markets.
- Supporting hiring needs, with the main emphasis on Sales and Marketing positions.
- Applying a commercial approach to identify opportunities for growth in new markets.
Experience and must-have background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an FX/CFD environment.
- Ability to present clear, well-structured examples of strategic impact and value creation.
- Hands-on experience in managing C-level stakeholders.
- Direct involvement in international expansion projects.
