Role overview

Univers is seeking an HR intern to support talent acquisition, business partnering, people operations, and employee experience initiatives. The role offers exposure to recruitment, campus hiring, HR coordination, analytics support, and wellness activities within a fast-moving environment.

Talent acquisition support

  • Help run the full recruitment process for internship hiring across multiple business units.
  • Screen applicants, narrow down shortlisted profiles, and conduct interviews with hiring recommendations for managers.
  • Contribute to campus hiring efforts, including event logistics, coordination, and career fair support across partner universities.
  • Keep the student database current and make sure job openings are published on university career portals.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal teams to develop a strong pipeline of high-performing interns.

HR business partnering support

  • Assist with compiling data, preparing tabulations, and supporting analytics used in management reporting.
  • Help coordinate employee events and dialogue sessions, including related logistics arrangements.

HR operations and wellness initiatives

  • Maintain employee records in HR systems and support the creation or upkeep of HR analytics and people dashboards when needed.
  • Serve as a key contact for HR activities and wellness programs, including idea generation, vendor sourcing, and preparation of event materials such as EDMs, posters, and presentation decks.
  • Support invoice processing by raising non-PO or PO requests on a monthly basis and coordinating with Procurement through MS Dynamics.
  • Take on other HR operations and project tasks as assigned.

Training and development support

  • Assist with planning and organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Provide logistics, registration, and administrative support for learning sessions.
  • Coordinate with external training providers.

Qualifications

  • Applicants should be studying for a university degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous internship exposure in talent acquisition or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Interested candidates should be enthusiastic about building a future career in HR.
  • The role suits someone who can manage several priorities at once and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
  • A flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset is important.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Good teamwork, communication, organization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are expected.
