Role overview

This is a remote, full-cycle recruitment role focused on managing the entire hiring journey from sourcing candidates through to offer and handoff to onboarding. The aim is to build reliable talent pipelines and support timely, high-quality hiring decisions.

Primary responsibilities

You will lead sourcing-to-hire execution for priority positions, coordinate interviews, support selection decisions, and maintain accurate recruiting operations data.

Sourcing and pipeline development

  • Find potential candidates through professional networks, referrals, job boards, outreach campaigns, and sourcing platforms.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles, while monitoring outreach and conversion performance.
  • Adjust sourcing approaches based on hiring manager expectations, salary ranges, and the local labor market.

Screening and candidate management

  • Review resumes and conduct early-stage phone screens to evaluate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
  • Keep candidates informed with clear, timely communication and a smooth application experience.
  • Record screening results and share recommendations with hiring managers and HR leadership.

Interview coordination and selection support

  • Arrange interviews, panel discussions, and assessments, including calendar management and meeting logistics.
  • Prepare interview materials, brief interviewers on the process and structure, and gather feedback quickly.
  • Help ensure fair, consistent hiring decisions that follow company standards.

Offer management and hiring execution

  • Compile offer information for review and approval, and draft offer letters.
  • Organize background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment steps.
  • Work with HR to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding and day-one readiness.

ATS and recruiting operations

  • Keep ATS records current, including candidate status and requisition updates.
  • Prepare regular recruiting reports covering pipeline health, time-to-fill, source performance, and interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting workflows, templates, and playbooks.

What success looks like

  • Steady, qualified pipelines for key roles with strong response rates.
  • Well-maintained ATS data that gives real-time visibility into hiring progress.
  • Efficient interview coordination and feedback turnaround that helps shorten time-to-fill.
  • Reliable administrative execution that allows HR leadership to stay focused on strategic priorities.

Required qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, scheduling, and stakeholder updates.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment compliance basics such as documentation, dispositioning, and structured interviews.
  • Practical experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
