Position Overview

The Human Resources Manager will take charge of the full HR function, aligning people practices with business priorities, strengthening organizational performance, and maintaining adherence to labor regulations and internal policies. The position covers HR strategy, hiring, employee relations, compensation, performance management, learning and development, and overall employee experience. In this role, the manager partners closely with leadership as a dependable advisor while keeping HR processes efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Create and roll out HR plans and initiatives that support the company’s wider business direction.
  • Guide senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning.
  • Keep HR policies and practices aligned with Saudi labor law and current good practices.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Own the hiring process across all levels to attract and retain strong talent.
  • Coordinate workforce planning, staffing requests, and recruitment drives.
  • Develop and sustain connections with agencies, universities, and wider talent communities.
  • Track hiring performance indicators including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a key contact for employee relations matters and help resolve conflicts in a fair and practical way.
  • Design engagement activities that support a healthy, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary actions in line with company rules and legal obligations.

Performance Management & Development

  • Run the performance review cycle and assist managers with improvement plans where needed.
  • Assess learning needs and oversee the delivery of training and development initiatives.
  • Back career progression and succession planning efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll preparation together with finance and HR operations teams.
  • Compare pay structures with market standards to keep compensation competitive.
  • Administer allowances, incentives, and benefits according to company policy.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain correct employee records in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Oversee HR documents, employment contracts, and personnel files.
  • Handle compliance-related processes through portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree or HR certifications like SHRM or CIPD are an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Well-developed leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Must be able to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • English fluency is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
