Role Overview
This is a strategic talent acquisition position supporting the growth of advanced technology teams in the United States. The role sits at the crossroads of hiring strategy, market research, and partnership with senior leaders, with a focus on shaping how engineering, AI, and digital innovation teams are built and scaled. It combines hands-on recruitment delivery with advisory responsibilities, and it demands speed, ownership, and a strong focus on quality of hire in a fast-moving, international environment.
You will contribute to the expansion of a US-based research and development ecosystem while also assisting with global innovation hiring needs. The position offers the chance to influence talent decisions across areas such as AI, blockchain, infrastructure, and high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology and innovation hiring in the US, covering areas such as software engineering, AI/ML, data, infrastructure, security, product, blockchain, and trading technology.
- Create and implement forward-looking sourcing plans to engage highly skilled professionals from top technology companies, fintech businesses, AI-focused firms, quantitative trading organizations, and research-led settings.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines across major US technology hubs and specialized engineering communities.
- Work closely with engineering leaders and executives to clarify hiring priorities, workforce requirements, and long-term talent strategy.
- Provide trusted guidance through market data, compensation benchmarking, and competitor hiring analysis.
- Run executive-level and niche searches for senior or mission-critical technical positions that require advanced sourcing and rigorous assessment.
- Handle several complex searches at once while protecting candidate experience and meeting high delivery standards.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree or a higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house at a high-performing technology company or within a respected executive search or recruitment firm.
- Strong history of hiring technical talent across software engineering, AI/ML, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, blockchain, or trading technology.
- Good understanding of the US technology hiring landscape and the dynamics of competitive talent markets.
- Experience in fintech, digital products, crypto, quantitative trading, or other fast-scaling tech environments is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on expertise in direct sourcing, executive search, talent mapping, and market intelligence collection.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to advise and influence senior technical and business leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, resilient approach and comfort working in demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Benefits and Perks
- Competitive pay matched to experience and market standards.
- Support for study and professional development to encourage continuous learning.
- A global, multicultural workplace with opportunities for international collaboration.
- Career growth prospects within a rapidly expanding technology organization.
- Internal mobility options to support long-term development.
- Access to team events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- The chance to help build world-class technology and innovation teams directly.
