Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a partner company, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive Recruiter located in the United States for a fully remote, high-impact role focused on executive hiring within senior living and healthcare services.
The position blends strategic recruiting with hands-on execution. You will work in a fast-moving, service-focused setting where precision, communication, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once are essential. The role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and key stakeholders to help fill critical leadership openings while delivering a strong candidate experience. It suits a recruiter who enjoys complex executive search work, relationship-building in specialized industries, and a mission-driven environment that values responsiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
You will lead executive-level hiring efforts and support leadership recruitment across senior living and healthcare organizations.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for executive and C-suite searches, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer discussions.
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and shape effective hiring plans.
- Create and nurture strong talent pipelines for executive candidates in senior living and healthcare.
- Reach out proactively to passive candidates and build long-term relationships in niche leadership markets.
- Maintain a polished, responsive, and candidate-focused experience from first contact through final stages.
- Keep recruiting data accurate in ATS/HRIS tools and share regular progress updates with stakeholders.
- Look for process improvements and help refine talent acquisition workflows and execution quality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings executive recruiting experience in healthcare or senior living, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or a similar operational setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or executive recruiting, preferably for leadership or director-level roles.
- Experience in senior living organizations is strongly preferred.
- Comfort using HRIS, ATS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Exposure to executive and C-suite hiring conversations and decision-making.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-development skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented, candidate-first approach.
Perks and benefits
- Fully remote role based anywhere in the United States.
- Health insurance with the employer covering the full premium for employee-only coverage.
- Dental insurance fully paid by the employer for employee-only plans.
- Company-funded life insurance plus short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- Access to FSA and HSA options.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match and safe harbor contributions.
- Paid time off and additional leave benefits.
- Optional supplemental coverage, including vision, accident, and critical illness insurance.
- A structured, mission-driven workplace centered on growth and accountability.
Additional information
This posting is for a role advertised on behalf of a partner organization. The partner manages application review and the next steps in the hiring process.
Applications are evaluated using an AI-supported matching process to compare candidates against the role’s core requirements. Shortlisted candidates are then shared with the hiring company, and the employer’s internal team handles interviews, assessments, and final selection.
By applying, candidates consent to the processing of personal data for recruitment evaluation and for sharing relevant details with the hiring employer, in line with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR. Applicants may exercise rights related to access, correction, deletion, and objection where applicable.
AI tools may be used during parts of the recruitment workflow, such as application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and flagging possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
