Job description

Role overview

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead in the United States. The role blends hands-on recruiting with people leadership and operational oversight. You will guide a small recruiting team, personally manage complex and business-critical searches, and help shape hiring outcomes across the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will work closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to build effective hiring plans, improve recruiting processes, and strengthen the candidate experience. The position plays a central role in executing talent strategy, improving delivery performance, and helping the organization attract strong talent in a competitive hiring environment.

Core accountabilities

  • Coach and develop a team of 2 to 5 recruiters, offering regular feedback, mentorship, and support to improve performance and capability.
  • Run day-to-day recruiting operations, including requisition tracking, pipeline management, workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Own a portfolio of challenging, high-priority, executive, technical, and difficult-to-fill positions through the full hiring cycle.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish recruiting plans, conduct intake conversations, and align on timelines and expectations.
  • Identify, screen, evaluate, and move candidates through interviews, selection steps, offer discussions, and final closing.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies, recruiting workflows, and service-level commitments across open roles.
  • Lead strategy conversations, pipeline reviews, and calibration meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Track recruiting data such as time-to-fill, conversion performance, and productivity indicators to identify improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market intelligence, compensation guidance, and hiring recommendations with business leaders.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in recruiting process design, tools, reporting, and overall delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
  • At least 2 years of leadership exposure, including managing, mentoring, or directing recruiters.
  • Demonstrated success handling complex and senior-level hiring in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong ability to influence hiring decisions using data, labor-market insight, and consultative partnership.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong track record in stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Good analytical and organizational ability, with comfort managing several priorities at once.
  • Experience working with senior leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred background in executive search for Director to VP-level roles.
  • Preferred exposure to technical hiring across engineering, AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, or product functions.

Benefits and workplace support

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Remote-first setup with flexibility across the United States.
  • Tuition reimbursement and support for professional certifications.
  • Learning, career development, and continuous growth opportunities.
  • Performance-based recognition and incentive programs.
  • Employee wellbeing resources, including mental health and assistance support.
  • An inclusive, people-centered culture that values collaboration and development.
  • Opportunity to influence recruiting strategy at scale.

Application and data notice
