Role Summary
Alteva RCM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help its recruiting function stay organized and responsive during a period of fast expansion. The role is central to keeping hiring processes moving efficiently, maintaining candidate momentum, and supporting a high-quality recruitment experience across the organization.
This position is a strong fit for someone who works well in a busy setting, communicates comfortably with different stakeholders, and can manage several priorities at once without losing attention to detail.
Work Schedule
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR and hiring managers with requisition handling and recruitment coordination.
- Screen incoming resumes to identify candidates who match the role requirements.
- Carry out first-round candidate conversations by phone or video to evaluate interest and fit.
- Arrange interviews and align calendars for candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate information current and well-organized in the applicant tracking system.
- Record interview outcomes and ensure the hiring team receives timely updates.
- Maintain regular communication with applicants so they stay informed and have a positive experience.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and support reporting activities when needed.
- Suggest and help implement improvements that can make hiring workflows more efficient and improve candidate quality.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistance, or administrative support.
- Strong planning and organizational ability, paired with a sharp eye for detail.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a busy environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort engaging professionally with people at different levels across the organization.
- Self-motivated approach with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Background in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a similar field is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is USD 55,000 to USD 75,000.
