Role Summary

Alteva RCM is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help its recruiting function stay organized and responsive during a period of fast expansion. The role is central to keeping hiring processes moving efficiently, maintaining candidate momentum, and supporting a high-quality recruitment experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist HR and hiring managers with requisition handling and recruitment coordination.
  • Screen incoming resumes to identify candidates who match the role requirements.
  • Carry out first-round candidate conversations by phone or video to evaluate interest and fit.
  • Arrange interviews and align calendars for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep candidate information current and well-organized in the applicant tracking system.
  • Record interview outcomes and ensure the hiring team receives timely updates.
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants so they stay informed and have a positive experience.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and support reporting activities when needed.
  • Suggest and help implement improvements that can make hiring workflows more efficient and improve candidate quality.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is USD 55,000 to USD 75,000.
