This full-time onsite position based in Vadodara requires someone with a hands-on approach in domestic IT recruitment and a passion for managing the entire hiring process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Comprehend the hiring needs and formulate effective recruitment strategies tailored to requirements.
• Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and additional channels to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and organize interviews in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Manage salary negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding follow-ups.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of various IT roles and related technologies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills combined with effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in a consultancy or staffing organization is considered advantageous.
