Role Overview

This position is for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner based in Germany, specifically in Düsseldorf or Hamburg. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring Recruitment Consultants and Managers, while collaborating closely with leadership teams across three German offices of Robert Walters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process including briefing, sourcing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Use direct sourcing methods to actively find and engage high-quality candidates.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, potential, and cultural alignment.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
• Promote the Robert Walters brand within the German market through social media and networking.
• Offer market insights and recruitment best practices guidance to hiring managers.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Fluent in both German and English.
