Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be instrumental in executing large-scale seasonal hiring efforts. This role encompasses end-to-end recruitment responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, initial screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining communication, managing offers, and coordinating onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen large numbers of applicant profiles and conduct preliminary candidate assessments
• Arrange interviews by coordinating with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure clear, timely communication with candidates to promote a positive experience
• Prepare offer documentation and manage onboarding paperwork collection
• Support recruitment events, including group interviews and hiring campaigns
• Keep applicant tracking system records up-to-date and accurate
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring teams to achieve hiring objectives
• Assist with onboarding tasks including background verifications and paperwork processing

Requirements

• At least two years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume environments
• Background recruiting for retail, hospitality, customer service, or hourly workforce preferred
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities and meeting rigid deadlines
• Keen attention to detail combined with a candidate-focused approach
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-moving team settings
• Experience facilitating group interviews or hiring events is a strong plus
