About the Role
Join the North America Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts focused on sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates with sales experience. This role operates remotely within the United States and partners closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, develop strategic recruitment plans, and deliver an excellent candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Leverage data and current market trends to provide insights and alternative options to hiring teams.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels to find suitable candidates.
- Perform detailed candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and job needs.
- Guide both managers and candidates through interview processes to ensure effective evaluations and positive experiences.
- Handle offer management and negotiations to facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Establish and nurture relationships with candidates to build a robust future talent pipeline.
- Support diversity efforts by engaging in targeted sourcing and embedding diversity focus throughout recruitment stages.
- Stay updated on recruitment industry developments and best practices to enhance processes.
- Participate in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives to improve overall effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing full cycle recruitment as a consultative talent advisor or partner.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software technologies.
Desired Skills
- Expertise in sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building credibility with stakeholders.
- Proven influencing and negotiation abilities.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree with no required experience, or Associate's degree with 2 years relevant experience, or High School diploma/equivalent with 4 years relevant experience.
