Guidehealth is dedicated to delivering value-based care and healthcare technology services, seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition & Talent Integration Specialist. This fully remote role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and integration processes across a diverse range of clinical and non-clinical roles, including Registered Nurses, Case Managers, Medical Assistants, Quality Coordinators, Claims Analysts, Customer Experience staff, and other operational and professional personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Guidehealth's business model and workforce needs to create effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders to define candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques using various platforms, networking, and community engagement.
- Provide a candidate experience that is empathetic and consistent with Guidehealth’s values, including ongoing engagement after hire.
- Oversee pre-boarding tasks such as background checks, credential validation, and licensure verification, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve compliance or process issues while maintaining thorough documentation for audit purposes.
- Use structured interviewing and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates for skills, ethics, and cultural fit.
- Leverage AI tools and recruitment technologies mindful of data quality, equity, and transparency.
- Track hiring and onboarding metrics to evaluate success and enhance recruitment practices.
- Educate hiring managers on structured interviewing and equitable hiring standards.
- Adapt professionally to shifting priorities and organizational changes in a regulated environment.
- Partner with People Operations to facilitate talent mobility, employer branding, and broader team initiatives.
- Champion Guidehealth’s mission and culture to reduce early turnover through quality hiring and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles in healthcare, clinical, or regulated fields at a rapid pace.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships with hiring and clinical leaders.
- Judicious and empathetic approach with a dedication to equitable, patient-first hiring.
- Competency with technology-driven sourcing, tracking, and data analysis to inform decisions.
- Knowledge of employment law, healthcare credentialing, and licensure requirements.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and changing demands with resilience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with recruitment assessment platforms such as SmartRecruiters, Predictive Index, eSkill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields with 5-8 years in talent management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a salary range from $84,000 to $94,000 annually, paid bi-weekly. Final pay is based on experience, skills, education, location, and certifications.
