Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their expanding support team for Azeus Convene, an award-winning meeting and collaboration software used by Boards and leadership teams across more than 100 countries worldwide, recognized globally for excellence.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will architect and implement secure system infrastructures, leading coordination with system administrators and project members to manage configurations and deploy cost-efficient hardware and software aligned with project goals. The role involves comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure servers applying security hardening and establish firewall policies for inter-server communications.
• Deploy Azeus applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and the KSA cloud environment.
• Lead the implementation of Azeus software within client premises, including server and application hardening and firewall setups.
• Diagnose and analyze system integration issues.
• Resolve server-related problems by determining root causes and executing immediate corrective measures.
• Develop and carry out corrective actions if problems recur.
• Design and apply preventive strategies to avoid issue recurrence.
• Identify repetitive tasks and suggest automation tools to streamline them.
• Be available for support cases on an on-call basis.

Candidate Profile

• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized and able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Adaptable to variable shift patterns including weekends, holidays, and different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in systems engineering, technical support, or DevOps roles.
• Proficient with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and KSA-specific cloud platforms as well as firewalls and Linux operating systems.
