About the Role

Azeus Systems Limited is hiring a Billing Clerk for its KSA operations in Riyadh. This position focuses on invoicing, receivables processing, payment tracking, and accurate maintenance of billing records using Xero.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and send customer invoices along with account statements.
  • Handle credit memo processing as required.
  • Review, organize, and process receivables documents, incoming payments, and billing-related reports.
  • Sort and maintain invoices, credit notes, bills, and related order documents.
  • Gather all information needed to calculate amounts due from customers.
  • Monitor account balances and resolve any mismatches or inconsistencies.
  • Issue payment reminders and coordinate with customers or internal teams on overdue accounts.
  • Update payment entries in the accounting system accurately and on time.
  • Verify that all data entered into the accounting platform is correct so the final bill is accurate.
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or other Finance team members.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in BS Business Management, BS Administration, Commerce, or a similar business-related field.
  • Prior work experience as a billing clerk or in a comparable finance role.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a busy, high-pressure work environment.
  • Strong multitasking ability with sound time management and result orientation.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Information

Xero knowledge is mandatory for this role.
