Its values include prioritising children, showing aroha, respecting the mana of people, acting with tika and pono, valuing whakapapa, and recognising that oranga is a journey. The organisation also works in partnership with hapū, iwi, and Māori organisations to support tamariki in need.
Key duties

What the role requires
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, along with a strong understanding of HR systems, related processes, and databases.
You should be confident in diagnosing problems, identifying the root cause, and putting practical fixes in place. The role also calls for someone who can spot opportunities to improve systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.
Experience working in environments that involve system upgrades or releases is an advantage, as is exposure to complex organisations or the public sector.
Cultural capability
An awareness of cross-cultural practices is important, including understanding tikanga Māori and the cultures of Pacific peoples.
