Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze both business and system requirements.
- Convert business demands into well-defined functional specifications.
- Identify areas for enhancing business workflows and system operations.
- Configure, test, and provide ongoing support for system deployments.
- Diagnose system and application issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
- Track system performance and suggest enhancements.
- Create and update system documentation.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a related capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven capability to gather business requirements and produce corresponding functional specifications.
- Familiarity with software testing procedures, system documentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic awareness of AI, IoT, SaaS, or cloud computing technologies is beneficial.
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Dhahran.
