A reputable manufacturing firm located in County Monaghan is currently seeking a dedicated System Administrator. The business operates within a rigorously regulated environment, emphasizing high standards of quality, environmental compliance, and ongoing enhancement. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the organisation’s systems and compliance framework while working on-site at their Monaghan office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing quality, environmental, and industry-specific management systems along with related certifications.
  • Coordinating both internal and external audit processes and tracking action plans that arise.
  • Gathering, analysing, and presenting important business performance metrics.
  • Reviewing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Providing administrative support to senior management teams as required.
  • Assisting in preparation and follow-up for management review meetings and supporting continuous improvement drives.
  • Handling environmental records, permits, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
  • Supporting activities related to regulatory reporting and maintaining environmental compliance.
  • Ensuring proper document control and record maintenance across all departments.
  • Offering administrative support for compliance projects and other department needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least three years of experience in roles involving administration, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with ISO management systems and regulatory requirements governing compliance.
  • Proven track record in coordinating audit activities, both internal and external.
  • Ability to independently manage various priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking and professional mindset geared towards ongoing improvement.
  • Previous experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
