We are recruiting for a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) to join our Flight Training team in a ground-based capacity. This role involves providing training through Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and classroom ground school instruction, adhering strictly to GCAA regulations and Emirates’ operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver FSTD type rating, recurrent and recency training, as well as ground school instruction aligned with company requirements.
• Complete and submit detailed trainee assessments and reports using the electronic reporting system accurately.
• Advise on additional or remedial training for pilots whose performance falls below standards.
• Offer feedback to training management to improve training effectiveness, safety protocols, and instructional techniques.
• Participate in special projects, development of training courses, and other initiatives related to pilot training.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession or prior holding of CPL, MPL, or ATPL pilot licenses.
• At least 12 months of active experience functioning as an Instructor or Examiner.
• Minimum of 1500 flight hours logged on multi-pilot airplanes.
• Excellent communication capabilities and leadership qualities.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual base salary up to AED 376,320 (approx. USD 102,460), along with numerous benefits including:
