Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare leadership experience, a strong history of building scalable systems in multi-site environments, and prior exposure to data-intensive functions. Experience serving as a chief of staff or a CEO/founder’s strategic partner is also important. A bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA, MHA, or similar master’s degree is strongly preferred. Professional credentials such as Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or PMP are highly valued.
Work style and environment
This role calls for a systems-oriented leader who can build elegant solutions for complex healthcare challenges. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and cross-functional influence are essential, along with a highly organized, data-driven approach. The position operates in a fast-paced hybrid corporate environment and includes regular travel to clinic sites and regional offices across the four-state market.
FLSA status
This is an exempt executive/administrative role under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
OSHA classification and physical demands
The role is classified as OSHA Category III, meaning no expected exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. Even so, the incumbent must travel to and observe clinic environments and follow all safety and infection-control policies while on site. The job involves a standard hybrid corporate office setting, routine travel across the four-state market, extended sitting and computer use, occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds, and movement through various clinic and office settings during visits.
Additional notes
This position is focused on enterprise-level leadership across clinical and operational functions, with responsibility for scaling systems and improving performance throughout a multi-state healthcare organization.
