Role overview
At Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, the Bell Attendant plays an important front-of-house role in shaping a welcoming guest experience. You will greet arriving guests, bid farewell to departing visitors, and support the smooth flow of lobby activity while representing the property with professionalism and warmth.
The position is part of Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group with a portfolio of more than 530 properties across 50+ countries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, and South America. The group’s brands include Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and TIVOLI.
Key focus of the role
You will act as a helpful guide, brand ambassador, and reliable source of information for hotel guests. Success in this role depends on a guest-first mindset, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and solid knowledge of how the hotel operates.
Qualifications
