Survey Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Survey Executive to join Seth Realtors in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves physically visiting various locations in Noida to perform detailed surveys of different types of properties. This key position supports our property inventory management by collecting and updating accurate data on available real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys across multiple areas in Noida to assess property availability.
• Identify diverse properties including factories, industrial sites, commercial spaces, plots, and others listed for sale, rent, or lease.
• Engage with property owners, security personnel, tenants, or relevant contacts to gather comprehensive property information.
• Document essential details like precise location, size, property category, asking price or rent, and contact information.
• Capture basic photos or videos of properties when necessary to support documentation.
• Coordinate with the CRM and Inventory Team by promptly sharing all collected data.
• Provide continuous updates on surveyed locations and newly identified properties to support inventory accuracy.
• Help grow and maintain the company27s property database on an ongoing basis.

Additional Information

This position requires traveling within Noida and involves interaction with various stakeholders to collect reliable property insights.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranges between 14,000 and 16,000 INR.
