Key Responsibilities

• Support subcontract management activities through administrative and operational tasks.
• Independently manage and negotiate confidentiality agreements with business partners.
• Handle contract processing post-signing, including preparation for SAP integration and archiving.
• Compile and continuously update relevant contractual performance data for reporting, including performance reports and cash planning.
• Assist subcontract management by maintaining status overviews and preparing internal reporting documents.
• Take autonomous responsibility for assigned work packages such as supplier accreditation, inquiry and offer processes, contract monitoring, and invoice approval workflows.
• Collaborate proactively across functions with stakeholders from engineering, project management, and finance teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed commercial education or equivalent, such as a business degree or vocational training, coupled with substantial experience in operational procurement within project environments.
• Basic legal knowledge related to contracts is desirable.
• Strong technical understanding and preferably experience in the defense sector.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and SAP modules relevant to procurement processes.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• High degree of precision, reliability, and conscientiousness in work.
• Proactive, committed, team-oriented mindset with flexibility, resilience, and strong assertiveness.
• Confident appearance and excellent communication capabilities.
