- Keep accurate records of ordered and received goods.
- Contribute market and delivery-system analysis to evaluate current and future material availability.
- Handle vendor and contractor disputes, grievances, and claims.
- Review purchase orders, subcontract claims, and contracts for alignment with company policy.
- Communicate procurement policies to the project team and provide training so procedures are followed correctly.
- Own forecasting, financial planning, expediting, delivery schedules, and purchasing reports.
- Prepare detailed risk assessments and mitigation plans for cost, schedule, quality, and buyout exposure.
- Oversee procurement analytics, reporting, and key deliverables.
- Support project mobilization tasks such as office setup and site general arrangement.
- Partner with material management to ensure proper material receiving and control.
Requirements

- Capability to manage several tasks accurately and efficiently at once.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for both internal and client-facing settings.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.
- Strong leadership and people-management capability.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work productively to deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and others in individual or team settings.
