Company Overview

Bella Coffee is a distributor of premier FMCG brands such as PerfectTed's matcha, Oatly, and Rude Health. We supply to leading cafés, hotels, restaurants, retailers, and wellness venues across the UAE.

Role Summary

We seek a proactive Supply Chain Specialist based in the UAE to fully oversee our import and export logistics. This role involves managing supplier communications, shipping coordination, customs clearance, inventory control, and demand forecasting to ensure uninterrupted stock availability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of import/export shipments including documentation, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
• Coordinate effectively with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
• Handle customs clearance tasks and liaise with relevant UAE authorities.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our product range.
• Monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels to guarantee product availability.
• Identify potential supply chain risks early and propose preventive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with teams in operations, sales, and finance to synchronize supply with demand.
• Maintain precise shipment records, landed cost computations, and inventory data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export within the UAE market.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE customs regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and working with data analysis and forecasting tools.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Food & Beverage or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with food import regulations enforced by Dubai Municipality and MOCCAE.
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
