Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Role overview

We are seeking a Third Party Operations Specialist to support a fast-moving supply chain team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-focused, experienced in supplier onboarding or procurement, and comfortable working with third-party risk processes. Practical experience with Oracle EBS is required.

Work details

• Location: New York, NY 10003
• Work model: Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the office
• Pay: $36.00 to $37.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
• Assignment length: 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension

Key responsibilities

In this position, you will help manage the full lifecycle of third-party supplier setup and support ongoing supplier records in Oracle EBS. You will also handle insurance and compliance documentation, assist with third-party risk management efforts, and work across teams to keep supplier data accurate and aligned with internal and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or data analysis. Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS is mandatory. You should also bring advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP, along with strong analytical ability, data accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset. Experience with TPRM, COIs, or supplier document audits is a plus.
