Job description

Overview

PepsiCo's Supply Chain New Graduate program offers recent graduates an immersive experience to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, business-focused setting, aimed at cultivating future leaders to support accelerated company growth. This comprehensive role provides hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of Supply Chain planning with emphasis on service execution, production monitoring, customer readiness, and collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities include assisting headquarters supply planning functions influencing fill rates, customer service, inventory placement, production tracking, and operational decisions. The role involves close teamwork with Supply Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Plants, Co-packers, and Warehouses to facilitate execution aligned with business priorities such as Costco/VIP events management, fill rate projections, stale inventory risk management, production status reporting, interzone shipment review, and routine service procedures. This support position ensures timely and accurate data flow for effective business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily and weekly service execution routines including monitoring projected fill rates and reporting top production cuts for the coming 7 days, with ongoing fill rate tracking and risk communication.
  • Manage critical Costco/VIP tools such as production updates, rotation trackers, firm production receipts, and follow-ups to ensure customer preparedness and optimal club fill rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with plants, sales, customer service, warehouses, and supply planning stakeholders to maintain production visibility, handle end-of-rotation execution, pushed rotations, allocation decisions, and ensure punctual delivery.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze various production and service reports including DPP production, ABOP files, MPS reports, stale risk assessments, and interzone shipment analyses.
  • Utilize digital tools like Power BI, SAP, IBP DRP, Excel, and internal dashboards to gather, verify, and analyze data supporting fill rate, production management, inventory, and service performance decisions.
  • Identify service risks and improvements by analyzing metrics such as fill rate risk, demand variances, stale inventory exposure, production achievement, and inventory movements.
  • Support IBP and digital transformation initiatives by engaging in testing new tools, providing feedback, and aiding efficiency improvements across the supply planning team.
  • Promote disciplined execution through clear follow-ups, diligent tracking, timely communications, and proactive escalation of risks or discrepancies affecting service and customer outcomes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by building strong interdepartmental relationships, celebrating successes, and increasing visibility of key priorities within the broader supply chain organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in 2025 or expected by September 2026.
  • Strong enthusiasm for supply chain management, service execution, data analytics, and continuous process enhancement.
  • Excellent analytical ability to interpret large datasets, discern patterns, and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively liaising across supply planning, sales, customer service, plants, warehouses, and other partners.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and operate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity and comfort with digital tools and systems such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, IBP, and reporting dashboards.
  • Customer-centric attitude prioritizing fill rate protection, supporting market execution, and enabling superior customer and consumer outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player flexible to extend support beyond core responsibilities to address broader business needs.

Perks and Work Environment

  • Competitive salary range from $72,500 to $78,700 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits tailored to individual needs.
  • Inclusive company culture that encourages employees to bring their authentic selves to work.
  • Commitment to sustainability with initiatives designed to positively impact people and the planet.
  • Supportive team environment focused on your professional development and growth.
