Role Overview
Zensar is recruiting for a Product Manager specializing in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) with experience in payables finance (reverse factoring), receivables finance, securitization, dynamic discounting, and full invoice lifecycle management. The role requires working with multi-funder SCF platforms such as Demica, FIS, Taulia, C2FO, and PrimeRevenue, integrating ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Accounts Payable, and collaborating with banking gateway technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize backlogs, translating commercial needs into epics, features, and detailed user stories.
- Conduct workshops with banking clients and corporate buyers to gather SCF program parameters and requirements.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria; lead sprint reviews and obtain user acceptance testing approvals.
- Maintain detailed functional specifications for deal management, supplier onboarding, and reporting modules.
- Serve as subject matter expert on SCF business rules including multi-currency settlements, obligor limits, and dynamic pricing.
- Monitor key program performance indicators (KPIs) and incorporate insights into the product roadmap.
- Identify market trends such as ESG-linked SCF and AI-driven risk scoring to propose new product features.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in trade finance, working capital management, or payments technology.
- Proven hands-on experience with at least one multi-funder SCF platform (e.g., PrimeRevenue, SAP Supply Chain Finance / SAP Fioneer, Finastra, Demica, CGI Trade360).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN/process diagramming; certifications such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM highly preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including IFRS SCF accounting, FASB ASU 2022-04, FCA/PSD2, and GDPR related to invoice data is advantageous.
- Understanding of payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT, and Customer Credit Transfer messages (Pain 001, Pain 002) is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities along with excellent stakeholder management, clear communication skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.
Other Details
The role is based in Pune, India, with opportunities also in Bangalore and Mumbai. Candidates should be immediate joiners. This position requires collaboration across technical and non-technical audiences to deliver effective SCF product solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
