Supply Chain Executive

About the Role

House of Amber Nectar Pte Ltd seeks a meticulous Supply Chain Executive based in Singapore to oversee procurement activities, product forecasting, and inventory accuracy, ensuring seamless stock continuity. This role demands close collaboration with logistics personnel, external suppliers, and various internal departments to maintain flawless execution of purchase orders and effective management of product shelf lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage up to 50 Purchase Orders monthly with more than 10 active suppliers, ensuring thorough documentation and proper internal approvals.
• Track all inbound shipments closely, monitor delivery timelines, and act as the main liaison to resolve any supplier-related delays or discrepancies in shipping or documentation.
• Conduct demand forecasting to guarantee stock arrives with sufficient Best-Before-Dates, preventing expiry-related issues.
• Monitor market sales trends and reorder points to maintain consistent stock levels, avoiding shortages and excessive inventory.
• Implement lot management following FIFO and FEFO principles alongside logistics team members, with accurate oversight of batch details and expiry dates.
• Perform regular physical inventory checks and quickly address any inconsistencies.
• Handle comprehensive inventory transaction recording including receipts, withdrawals, transfers, and adjustments, ensuring prompt and exact system entries.
• Support periodic stock reconciliations, invoice verifications, and audit processes.
• Coordinate across procurement, sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure effective supply chain operations and proactively notify stakeholders of any supply risks or delays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
• Demonstrated competency in generating Purchase Orders and communicating effectively with external suppliers to monitor shipments.
• Exceptional precision in data handling, invoice matching, stocktaking, and reporting.
• Ability to simultaneously manage coordination among diverse parties such as vendors, logistics, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in inventory or ERP software and advanced skills in spreadsheet applications; familiarity with SAP Business One highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities for internal and vendor interactions.
• Capacity to work autonomously while juggling multiple priorities.
