About the Role
HUREV Co., Ltd. is hiring a Supply Chain Director to lead the company’s end-to-end supply chain function from a remote location in the United States. The position is focused on building a dependable, efficient, and scalable supply chain that supports ongoing business growth.
Role Summary
This leadership role covers supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics coordination, supplier relationship management, cost reduction, and continuous process improvement. Prior exposure to medical manufacturing, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, or a similar sector is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the supply chain department.
- Build, improve, and manage systems for procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier coordination.
- Identify, assess, and develop supplier networks to support a stable global supply base.
- Lead negotiations for supply chain contracts and maintain strong supplier partnerships.
- Manage total supply chain spend and drive higher operational efficiency.
- Create supply plans aligned with business needs and ensure smooth execution.
- Track supply and market risks and update strategies when needed.
- Work closely with production, operations, quality, and other internal teams.
- Design, refine, and standardize supply chain processes and management frameworks.
- Guide, supervise, and develop the supply chain team through training and leadership.
- Handle additional related duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- More than 5 years of people management experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement workflows, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and business negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to independently lead projects and deliver results.
- Comfortable using standard office applications and ERP platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Background in international supply chain management or global supplier management.
- Experience leading supply chain optimization or cost-control initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP tools and supply chain management software.
- Strong contract handling and negotiation capability.
- Experience working across departments and managing projects.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to team building, talent development, and performance management.
- Advanced data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States. Industry experience in medical manufacturing, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
