Job Overview
This role involves managing customer orders and sample requests, ensuring capacity constraints are met, and monitoring production schedules to guarantee timely shipments. The goal is to optimize the utilization of factory resources. This position is located in Singapore.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming customer purchase orders with active manufacturing schedules and secured capacity.
- Serve as the communication bridge between Sales and Manufacturing to confirm delivery commitments.
- Track weekly demand against factory output to avoid production delays and maximize on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain production plans across supplier wafer fabrication, wafer testing, and wafer assembly facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of work-in-progress, wafers, dies, and raw materials, ensuring production goals are met.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers to support continuous production flow.
- Coordinate shipment activities, aligning finished goods delivery with customer purchase order dates.
- Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain within semiconductor or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis.
- Experience participating in ERP system setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and coordinate effectively in a dynamic setting.
