Role overview

This remote Supply Chain Analyst position supports par level planning and inventory control across consignment and warehouse sites throughout the U.S. The role is centered on analyzing inventory data, refining stock levels, and helping ensure service, budget, and inventory efficiency goals are met. It is an individual contributor role with heavy emphasis on analytics, cross-functional coordination, and operational follow-through. The position can be performed fully virtually from anywhere in the United States, with no territory or location proximity requirement.

What you will do

  • Maintain, update, and fine-tune par levels and reorder points for hospital accounts and warehouse locations in line with established guidelines.
  • Study consumption trends, product assortment shifts, and business changes to shape inventory recommendations.
  • Work closely with Area Business Analysts, IPMs, BOMs, and other field partners to review inventory needs and par level changes.
  • Use approved analytical methods and control processes to document and justify inventory adjustments.
  • Where applicable, review CRT orders to confirm alignment with par targets, budget expectations, inventory turns, and excess and obsolete risk.
  • Monitor open and pending SAP orders, help drive closure, and flag possible supply or fulfillment issues.
  • Create and maintain Ops Intelligence reports covering par levels, order activity, and performance against budget.

What you need

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a closely related discipline. The role calls for at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, or analytical functions, with exposure to field-based or consignment inventory preferred. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are required, and prior SAP or broader ERP experience is a plus.
