We are currently undergoing an exciting 10-year expansion plan.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic part-time Supervisor to join our new store in Donaghmede Shopping Centre. The role is permanent and requires the flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with an immediate start.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Enhance sales performance while managing costs to maximize profitability and maintain optimum gross margins.
  • Stay well-informed and comply with all company policies and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Ensure high standards in customer service, health and safety, and store presentation.
  • Encourage teamwork through clear communication, leadership, and collaboration.
  • Assist the Store Manager in organizing weekly team rotas to ensure appropriate coverage within budget.
  • Maintain superior visual merchandising standards aligned with company guidelines.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and escalate issues to Head Office when necessary.
  • Oversee proper use of the till system, cash handling, and daily store operations.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development initiatives to improve team efficiency and engagement.
  • Keep the stockroom well-organized and uphold store safety and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least one year of supervisory or management experience, preferably within fashion or home and gift retail sectors.
