Job Overview

This opening is for an experienced Team Lead for an international voice process in Bangalore. The role requires proven people leadership, operational oversight, and a solid understanding of customer service metrics.

Role Requirements

• Strong background in BPO operations, with at least 3 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading an international voice team.
• Ability to supervise a team of 15 to 25 customer support associates.
• Good command over communication and people management.
• Practical exposure to CSAT, AHT, attrition, and shrinkage tracking.
• Experience managing rosters and team strength.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly off rotations.

Education and Eligibility

Applicants may be from PUC, 10+2, graduation, or higher. Graduation is not mandatory for this role.

Work Schedule

The position follows rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
