Responsibilities

In this role, you will build your customer base using a range of marketing approaches, speak with potential clients to assess suitability, coach and mentor people online or over the phone, and deliver a strong customer experience. You will also work with other team members to continue your own development and contribute to the growth of others.

Experience and fit

The role is best suited to someone with senior-level management experience or a background in coaching and mentoring. The ideal person is motivated, organised, and confident working independently, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
