About the Role

Banco Santander México is undergoing a significant transformation driven by technology and centered around its customers. The Subdirector CRM position, based at the Santa Fe corporate office in Mexico City, plays a key role in leading direct communication and customer relationship management (CRM) efforts focused on retail, SME, corporate, and digital banking segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comprehensive service strategies for retail, SME, corporate, and digital banking clients.
  • Oversee, plan, and prioritize the marketing direct campaigns, including the implementation of the direct marketing strategy and analyzing campaign outcomes.
  • Design and lead a team of managers for executing communication and digital CRM strategies.
  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on growth, innovation, and commercial transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum three years of professional experience working with CRM applications.
  • At least two years of experience leading strategic initiatives for growth, innovation, and business transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience designing and implementing comprehensive sustainability and impact strategies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced) and database management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, customer service orientation, attention to detail, organizational skills, urgency mindset, results-driven approach, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, teamwork spirit, and proactivity.
