About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Mortgage Subdirector to lead and drive the growth of mortgage business within the assigned region, based in Veracruz, Mexico. This role involves coordinating commercial teams and branch networks to boost mortgage activity, aiming for consistent achievement of placement, profitability, and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the regional commercial mortgage strategy ensuring attainment of placement and profitability targets.
Manage and develop regional commercial teams fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
Drive the productivity of the branch network by implementing targeted commercial initiatives and action plans for mortgage business.
Monitor performance metrics, identify enhancement opportunities, and define corrective measures promptly.
Strengthen partnerships with developers, brokers, real estate agencies, and other strategic allies to increase business generation.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, processes, and guidelines connected to mortgage credit approval.
Analyze market trends and competitors' behaviors to pinpoint regional growth opportunities.
Provide excellent experiences for clients and commercial partners throughout the mortgage origination process.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial leadership, business acumen, and solid experience in the mortgage market, capable of mobilizing teams and designing strategies that accelerate portfolio growth and reinforce client and partner relationships to achieve outstanding regional results.
