Role overview
This role focuses on creating a polished, welcoming, and memorable stay for guests by keeping the hotel environment clean, well-presented, and consistently maintained. The position is part of the housekeeping team and covers a broad range of cleaning and presentation tasks across guest rooms and shared areas.
Key duties
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
- Respond to guest requests and deliver housekeeping support as needed.
- Restock carts and supplies to stay ready for daily service needs.
- Carry out room cleaning and similar housekeeping tasks with care and efficiency.
- Help ensure every space supports a high-quality guest experience.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Work expectations
The role requires a strong focus on safety, confidentiality, policy compliance, and professional conduct. You will be expected to maintain a neat appearance, follow quality standards, and communicate appropriately at all times.
