Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our Leeds retail team, you'll embody the Missoma brand with friendliness, style, and confidence, creating a welcoming atmosphere aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster an uplifting, friendly environment ensuring customers feel comfortable and valued.
• Provide personalized styling guidance, sharing enthusiasm for our products and brand narrative.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through to purchase completion.
• Develop and sustain meaningful customer relationships, including strategic follow-ups and tailored suggestions.
• Gain deep expertise in our collections, materials, and product care information.
• Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store presentation.
• Utilize in-store technology to enhance shoppers’ experiences.
• Help keep the store environment clean, organized, and efficient at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communicator with a warm, engaging, and proactive approach.
• Passionate about fashion and jewelry, dedicated to helping customers express their individual style.
• Comfortable leveraging digital tools and technology to support the shopping journey.
