Job description

Role overview

This position sits within peopleworth’s Employer Group, supporting a wider network of forward-looking partners. The role is focused on learner success in a digital education setting, helping students stay engaged, supported, and on track from their first onboarding touchpoint through to course completion. The work calls for strong communication, initiative, and close coordination with internal teams and learning facilitators.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the main contact for learners throughout the full journey, from onboarding to program completion.
  • Run individual and group support sessions for students across different time zones.
  • Help learners build realistic study plans and keep steady progress toward finishing their course.
  • Spot engagement or learning issues early and step in with practical support.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly through email, chat, and video meetings.
  • Work alongside facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to support learner outcomes.
  • Track learner engagement and performance using reports and monitoring tools.
  • Review learner feedback and use it to suggest improvements to processes and support.
  • Offer ongoing support to alumni and help strengthen the community for past learners.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in education or training environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect well with different types of learners.
  • Well-developed organisational and administration skills, with careful attention to detail.
  • Prior experience running online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.
  • Comfort working with digital learning platforms and online education environments.
  • An empathetic, proactive approach and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for learner outcomes.

Benefits

  • Permanent full-time remote role with flexibility in how you work.
  • A collaborative culture that values people and performance together.
  • The chance to make a meaningful difference to learner outcomes in a growing digital education space.
  • Opportunities for professional growth within a purpose-led Employer Group.

Recruitment process

The hiring process is designed to be fair, transparent, and multi-step so both sides can confirm a strong fit.

  • Submit your application through the online form and answer a few short questions.
  • Applications are reviewed for suitability, and matching candidates are added to the longlist.
  • Selected candidates complete a video stage by recording short responses to 3–4 role-specific questions.
  • Shortlisted applicants attend one or more live interview rounds, starting with the first round.
  • Final candidates undergo reference and background verification.
  • Successful applicants receive an offer and contract documents.
  • Once the offer is accepted, pre-boarding begins before formal onboarding with the employing organisation in the Employer Group.

Additional information

Throughout each stage of the process, the organisation emphasises clear communication, respectful interaction, and prompt feedback.
