With a team of more than 350 professionals across over 20 countries and annual support for over 15,000 international student enrollments, GEA combines market insight, local knowledge, and digital tools to deliver long-term value for students, institutions, and education providers.

This position is based in South India, with the location specified as Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The role sits within GEA’s Africa development and recruitment team and focuses on expanding B2B partner networks, strengthening regional market share, and supporting student recruitment into GEA partner universities and colleges worldwide.

  • Support enrolment and revenue targets through planned and consistent partner engagement.
  • Assist partners with program details, pricing information, and recruitment support.
  • Help partners improve their conversion approach and overall recruitment performance.

Territory growth and relationship building

  • Create territory plans aimed at increasing application volume, conversion rates, and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency owners, counselors, and key decision-makers.
  • Represent GEA at partner meetings, regional events, student fairs, and industry workshops.

Performance tracking and market insight

  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and share regular updates and insights with management.
  • Suggest strategies tailored to the region to improve enrolments and partner productivity.

Internal coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams in operations, admissions, product, and marketing.
  • Share partner feedback to help improve service quality, turnaround times, and the overall partner experience.
