About the Role
As a Student Marketeer representing Red Bull at the University of Newcastle, you will serve as the primary face and advocate for our brand on campus. Your key objectives include engaging with consumers to encourage product trials, building brand awareness, and promoting Red Bull consumption in various situations of need. You will support sales efforts through merchandising, sales activations, and participation in Red Bull events, ensuring memorable consumer experiences. Furthermore, you will act as a valuable source of consumer insights, reporting feedback to help shape future business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Represent and embody the brand values and personality in all interactions, promoting Red Bull as a premium product.
- Increase our user base by encouraging students to try Red Bull and keeping the brand visible and vibrant among campus communities.
- Collaborate closely with local sales account managers to guarantee Red Bull's availability and prominence on and around campus.
- Assist sales teams in opening new distribution points and utilize Red Bull assets to maintain brand awareness among everyday consumers.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks to achieve high standards of execution.
- Engage actively with team members both in person and online to share ideas and coordinate activities.
- Plan activities effectively and submit timely reports providing local insights, trends, and opportunities to the wider Red Bull organization.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A valid, full driver’s license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
