Role Overview
Join the captivating team working at the world-renowned "KÖRPERWELTEN & Der Zyklus des Lebens" exhibition in Kempten's bigBOX. Since July 2026, this exciting exhibit offers a unique and unforgettable visitor experience, and you can be part of the team responsible for guiding guests through this fascinating journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and attend to visitors at the exhibition
- Perform ticket and entrance verifications
- Monitor exhibition areas to ensure visitor safety and adherence to guidelines
- Sell admission tickets and souvenir items
- Operate a modern touchscreen point-of-sale system
- Assist with labeling and displaying merchandise products
- Maintain overall cleanliness and order in the exhibition space
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled student at a university or technical college
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed appearance
- Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude
- Enjoyment in engaging with guests and visitors
- Fluent in German; proficiency in an additional foreign language is advantageous
