Job description
Role Overview
This position involves counseling students about IELTS and PTE examinations and managing related bookings and services efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to students concerning IELTS and PTE test details and offerings.
- Manage booking processes including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations for the exams.
- Inform students about exam procedures, schedules, and seat availability.
- Maintain regular contact with students to secure timely confirmations of their bookings.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of student records within the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support students seamlessly.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates and applicants with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
- Excellent counseling and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational skills for coordination and follow-up.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations and CRM software is required.
- Prior knowledge or experience with IELTS and PTE exams is advantageous.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Calicut area.
