Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our International Chat team focused on e-commerce seller support. This full-time role is based in Pune and involves providing chat-based assistance to international customers.
Job Details
- Designation: Customer Support Executive
- Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
- Location: Pune (On-site)
- Working days: 5.5 days per week with rotational shifts
- Compensation: Up to ₹32,000 per month plus performance incentives
- Company offers cab facility for commuting
Candidate Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice and chat process is required
- Seller support experience from any industry or domain is mandatory
- Undergraduate or graduate candidates can apply; graduation is not mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving aptitude
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
