This opportunity is tailored for students currently pursuing Civil Engineering degrees who are eager to learn, develop, and explore a consulting career. Positions are offered across New Zealand in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, spanning our Land & Water and Transport teams.
Your Responsibilities

The program is designed to enhance your technical abilities, build confidence in consultancy, and expose you to diverse career routes. You will receive mentorship from team leaders and buddies, participate in Intern Learning and Leadership Series, and engage with a supportive early careers team, all while gaining insight into multidisciplinary project delivery.

- Strong interest in either:

- Transport: focusing on roads, highways, public transport, and active travel networks connecting people and places.
- Availability for full-time work over 12 weeks from mid-November 2026 to February 2027, allowing for a two-week holiday break over Christmas and New Year.
- Demonstrated curiosity, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach.
