About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Graduate Structural Engineer to become part of our vibrant team based in Hamilton. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your design expertise by working on diverse and challenging projects both regionally and nationally within our structural discipline.
As a Senior Graduate Engineer, you will receive support and mentorship from our senior professionals to deepen your knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key tasks include establishing design criteria, developing preliminary and detailed structural designs, performing structural calculations, communicating effectively with the design team to ensure alignment of documents with design, conducting site inspections of simple structures, managing projects administratively, and collaborating closely with engineers, draughtspeople, external consultants, and clients.

Candidate Requirements
- Have a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree or an equivalent qualification in Structural Engineering.
- Possess at least two years of experience in a related engineering role.
- Demonstrate adaptability, acute attention to detail, and strong skills in planning, organization, and time management.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities, a positive mindset, and a commitment to professional development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with clients and leading or contributing to project goals.
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and communicating across diverse groups.
