What you will do

You will contribute to structural documentation for residential work, covering standard house builds, custom architect-designed homes, and alterations. The role focuses on producing clear, accurate documentation that supports both building consent and construction stages.

Key duties

  • Create accurate Revit models and structural drawings.
  • Help produce residential structural documentation from start to finish.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on design outputs.
  • Prepare and revise drawings for building consent and construction.
  • Work with engineers and internal design teams to keep information aligned and correct.
  • Support workflow management and the coordination of project delivery.
