About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Striker (Field Sales Representative) to take ownership of a defined territory in Brisbane West. In this role, you will drive distribution, availability, and in-store execution across corporate, grocery, independent retail, and P&C accounts, while consistently presenting the Red Bull brand to a high standard. The company is part of a global business that introduced the energy drinks category in 1987 and now operates in more than 178 countries with around 22,000 employees.

This position is focused on building strong retail performance through disciplined visitation, relationship management, sales conversion, and adherence to Perfect Store standards. You will work to improve both long-term and short-term sales outcomes across your territory.

Territory ownership

You will be accountable for your assigned area and expected to deliver against key performance targets and sales metrics. The role involves building effective partnerships with third-party collaborators and applying Red Bull’s selling approach and values throughout the territory.

Business development

You will manage a defined route and complete all scheduled customer calls. Regular and effective visits to allocated accounts will be a core part of the job, alongside growing product distribution with existing customers and turning new opportunities into business, especially in non-traditional channels.

Long-term sales focus

You will strengthen relationships with existing customers and new prospects, support the brand’s presence in stores, and help secure premium placements such as cold can and cashier positioning. You will also work to expand shelf share and product availability by using category insights and in-store execution discipline.

Short-term sales focus

You will support customer relationships and sales growth during key promotional periods by preselling and executing displays across both corporate and independent accounts, ensuring activity aligns with campaign timelines and store standards.

Requirements and qualifications

This role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, with FMCG exposure preferred but not mandatory. You should be confident in building relationships, negotiating, handling objections, and working with commercial awareness. Strong organisation, close attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team are also important.

Applicants should be highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and must have a valid full driver’s licence. Strong written and spoken English is required.
